Create a comprehensive weekend timeline/schedule for your ceremony & reception, so all vendors know where they are supposed to be at any time throughout the wedding.

Contact all your vendors one week to ten days prior to the wedding day to get their arrival times, so we can ensure they arrive on time.

Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies that occur during the planning process or on the day of your wedding.
